Blumhouse Games will release Vermila Studios’ upcoming first-person horror adventure game, Crisol: Theater of Idols, on 10th February.

The horror, which looks to be a blend of Amnesia, BioShock, and Dishonored (the combination of which makes me very happy), is coming to PC via Steam, as well as current-gen consoles.

Set in Hispania, a twisted version of Spain, you’ll play as Gabriel, a soldier who uses blood as both weapon and lifeline.

“Explore the cursed island of Tormentosa, uncover dark secrets, and battle horrifying enemies,” the description of the video – which you can see above – teases. “Will you survive?”

A playable demo – which is currently sitting on a Mostly Positive score on Steam – is available now should you wish to try before you buy.

Prior to jumping into games, Blumhouse is best-known for its horror films like M3gan, Annabelle, The Nun, and The Conjuring universe, amongst many others. It’s also the company behind the Five Nights at Freddy’s cinematic adaptation, and is currently working with Kinetic Games to bring its brilliant ghost-hunting game, Phasmophobia, to life as a Hollywood movie.
