Square Enix has announced the Octopath Traveller series has surpassed 6m lifetime sales, shortly after the release of Octopath Traveller 0.

Revealed on the official Octopath Traveller X account, this milestone coincides with steep discounts across all entries in the series. Octopath Traveller and Octopath Traveller 2 are available right now at a 60 percent reduction in price.

The Octopath series has proven a successful gambit from Square Enix. The original release back in 2018 proved a smash hit critically, quickly soaring past 1m sales. Roughly a year later, it came to Steam, adding additional fire to the game’s momentum.
