Grand Theft Auto 5 is leaving Xbox Game Pass this month, across not only the Xbox Series X/S, but also PC Game Pass. Best to grab it while you can!

It joins Ashen, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, and My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery which are also set to leave the service across both platforms starting the 15th April. There’s also Terra Invicta, which is leaving PC Games Pass on the same day.

In their place are of course a new selection of April 2026 Game Pass titles

, which include Clair Obscur Expedition 33 on the 2nd April and Final Fantasy IV on the 7th April. So if you’re in the mood for a really good RPG, there’s a good reason to sub this month.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is obviously the biggest hitter of the games due to leave the service. As of November last year, the game had sold more copies than the population of Brazil. Right now all eyes are on its sequel Grand Theft Auto 6, which is set to launch later this year.

Ashen’s no slouch either! A moody co-op RPG with a nice bit of DLC that fleshes out an already wonderful experience you can play with a friend or loved one. Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is worth checking out, as a fun successor to the Suikoden series. I, sadly, cannot speak to the merits of My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery, but it could very well be great!
