Gunnar Mustang review – “Classic style”

  • Sleek entry to the Maverick Aviator series
  • Three different frame colours to choose from
  • Special tinted lenses to help with eye health

Gunnar has been releasing a bunch of different styles of blue-light glasses, so that you can pick the pair that fits your fashion sense. These are designed to help with your eye health, as they have tinted lenses which can reduce eye strain, especially when looking at screens.

The Gunnar Mustang blue light glasses have a thin frame, creating a twist on the Maverick aviator look. It’s one that can feel more masculine. This pair of glasses comes in three frame colours; Onyx (which is a black), silver and gold. The gold pair really stand out as well, being more of a statement piece.

Gunnar Glasses with extra things

Despite being thin-looking, the Gunnar Mustang glasses do not feel fragile in the slightest! The word “Gunnar” is printed on one of the lenses and the sides, which feels very stylish. Much like the other pairs of Gunnar glasses, these come with two choices of lens tint.

Amber is the one we always go for, as it provides more blue blocking than their other option. It’s great for computer work, reading, and using your phone, of course. They also have the clear option, which has less tint, and is better for those who might need to be doing video editing, photo editing and graphic design work. Both of these lenses have an anti-reflective and smudge-resistant coating. Side view of the GUnnar Glasses

Gunnar Mustang glasses do feel like a stylish entry to your collection. These come with a foldable case, microfiber cloth, a carrying pouch and a 12-month warranty, so you don’t need to worry about them breaking anytime soon. If you are looking for a way to protect your eyes and ensure that you can game for longer, picking up a pair that fits your style will very much help.
